Great news- our WRJPD convention registration is online and it has been decided that there is an option to attend Saturday and Sunday if you cannot join us on Friday due to your work schedule or other commitments. If you register now, there will be a first timers zoom call this Monday night, to meet other newbies and get lots of interesting information. Convention is March 12 to March 15th in Pasadena and is an incredible event that only comes once every three years.  If you have questions or need more information, feel free to contact [email protected]

There were several of our sisterhood members who enjoyed our very interesting and informative session on “Ending Well” Thursday night. For those who missed it, or those who want a review- attached is the schedule of free zoom classes, if you wish to sign up. Click here for schedule.
Or, if the workshops are more time than you want to invest, here is a checklist for you to think about.

1. ___I have showed the list of “Where to Find Things” to each of my children, successor trustees/executor.
2. ___In 2025 I reviewed and updated my Living Trust or Will.
3. ___I have written down ideas for my celebration of life.
4. ___ To avoid family conflicts, I have put in writing who I want my one-of-a-kind possessions to go to.
5. ___I have shared ideas for my celebration of life with my children and asked for their suggestions.
6. ___I have all my passwords recorded in one safe place and my trustee/executor knows where that is.
7. ___The necessary names are on accounts to be closed so that the company/organization will allow access by my trustee.
8. ___My partner knows how to handle his or her new responsibilities after I’m gone.
9. ___I’ve prepared a letter, video or note expressing my thanks to my closest loved ones for what they meant to me.
10. ___I made out an ethical will for the younger members of my family.
11. ___I’ve written my wishes for my digital items (documents, pictures) and my children know where to find them.
12. ___I’ve selected someone to carry out my digital wishes. They know who they are and I’ve spoken with them about it.

If you want to take a workshop, but the dates on the attached schedule don't work for you, send the Ending Well people an email, and they will let you know when the next round will be.

Our next meeting will be Thursday February 19th at 7:00pm.  Be sure to put it on your calendar.  A flyer will be out with next week’s email.

It’s time to purchase your 2026 Mahjongg cards.  Deadline is quickly approaching.  Remember, this is instead of ordering your cards from the Mahjongg League, as they give us a nice thank you contribution for collecting the orders for them.  Deadline is January 18.  You can bring your order form to Robyn at our event this Thursday.
