We had lots of fun at our pop-up card making event on Thursday night with over 50 in attendance. Look at our website to see pictures from this event and many of our past events, thanks to Jackie Zev.

Thank you to all who donated canned tuna and chicken for the SOVA food pantry.
 
Our new slate of officers were all approved and will be installed at our June 7 Love Tea, following the Congregational meeting.  Come meet our new WRJ Pacific District Co- President Flo Cohen as she joins Freddie Goldberg installing our new board.

We hope to see many of you at our next fun event on Thursday, May 21st at 7:00, when we will elect our new board for 2026-2027 and make fun pop up cards together. (click here for flyer).  We need attendees to RSVP so that we can provide enough materials for everyone.  Please RSVP to [email protected]. Also,
please bring your own scissors to cut the paper.
Our Social action item for the month is canned tuna or chicken. Please bring so that we can donate to Sova.
 
If you have not yet RSVP’d for the upcoming Gala, please do so asap. This is a major fund-raiser for the temple in addition to lots of fun. If you are unable to attend (or even if you will join us), there will be an email sent out soon with the amazing auction items you can bid on. We want to thank all of the Sisterhood members who participated in our yearly Sisterhood Shabbat this past week.  It was inspiring to hear the stories of the different ways women celebrate the various holidays and to see how many were in attendance to share with each other.  A special shout out to Jennifer Kosoy for organizing this wonderful event.

Good Morning Sisterhood Members:

 May 8th - Sisterhood Shabbat- Please join us to celebrate and support all of our sisterhood members who are presenting during the service. We look forward to seeing all of you on Friday.

May 21st - Please join us for the Pop Up Card  making event (click here for flyer). Don't forget to bring your cans of Tuna and/or Chicken to donate to SOVA.  We will also be voting on next year's slate of Officers for Sisterhood
