SISTERHOOD CELEBRATES HANUKKAH TWO WAYS ON TWO DAYS
12/2 AND 12/16 Do we know how to celebrate Hanukkah or what? The first Sisterhood Hanukkah event will be held THIS Thursday 12/2/21 in the Social Hall. Please see the flyer for more details. We will be lighting the Hanukkiah, playing Hanukkah Jeopardy, hear all about the meaning and significance of the Holiday from a wonderful speaker, and having a ton of fun! Be sure to join us this Thursday in the Social Hall! And then, on 12/16/21 we are having our "belated" Hanukkah gift exchange party. Please see flyer to the right! This is a gift exchange and fundraiser. We are asking that everyone who wants to participate please bring a wrapped gift of $15 value for our gift exchange game. We are also asking for a $10 donation to raise money for a Hydration Station for the Temple so we can all fill up our personal water bottles in a safe and sanitary way. So join us again in two weeks when the celebration continues! We cannot wait to see your smiling face and celebrate the Festival of Lights. Chag Sameach!

VIOLINS OF HOPE WAS AN AMAZING SUCCESS AND HANUKKAH IS NOW COMING TO TOWN In our zeal to acknowledge and congratulate everyone who made Violins of Hope for the amazing success that it was, we inadvertently acknowledged the wrong Brostoff as our musical director. It was actually the amazing talent of NEAL BROSTOFF who guided the musicians and performers to an amazing performance. Neal, we apologize for the mix-up (and hopefully we spelled your name correctly). Thank you for your hard work! Happy Thanksgiving!! VIOLINS OF HOPE WAS AN AMAZING SUCCESS AND HANUKKAH IS NOW COMING TO TOWN Whew! What an amazing night we had with Violins of Hope on 11/18/21. We are so grateful to Efrat Yakobi Gafni for bringing Sisterhood the opportunity to bring this amazing event to TAS, for Diane Levine for chairing the committee that brought this event to life, and for the committee members themselves Thanks also to Aaron Solomon, without whom we would be lost, and to Seth Shulman who was our Zoom master. Special thanks to Neal Brostoff for his musical inspiration and direction, and to all the musicians and performers who made it such a magical night. It was an evening to be remembered, and we are grateful to all of you who helped make it a reality.
