CAN YOU BELIEVE IT’S MARCH! Sisterhood Seder
Spring is just around the corner, and with it comes Passover. Our renowned Sisterhood Seder is scheduled for March 18, 2021 via Zoom (see flier). Since we are virtual this year, there is no chance of selling out, so if you have never been able to attend our Seder in prior years, this is the time to do it. Please follow the registration instructions on the flier to reserve your space. It’s always a good time, and this year should be no exception! Sisterhood Board Our nominating committee is forming and will be considering who will be filling the upcoming vacancies on the Sisterhood Board. If you are interested in any of the opening positions, or know someone who is, please contact Kathy Barker at [email protected]. Open positions are: Co-President Administrative VPs Religious Observances VPs Ways and Means VP Programming VP Membership VP Education VP Recording Secretary Even if you have not served on the Board previously, please contact Kathy if you are interested in serving Sisterhood. You won’t regret it! Inspirational Quote In honor of March being Women’s History Month, the following quote seems most appropriate: In discussing her role as Wonder Woman, Israeli actress Gal Gadot said: “I wanted to show that women are empowered and strong and don’t have to be saved by some male hero, but they can take care of themselves using their intelligence and their power.” Hope to see you at the Seder on March 18!
