Last Meeting of the Year

We are very excited for our last Sisterhood meeting of the 2019-2020 year, to be held this Thursday, May 21, 2020. Why are we excited? Because we will have a chance to meet our new Senior Rabbi, Rabbi Becky Hoffman. For those of you who have not had the opportunity to get to know her, you will find that she is a warm and caring individual who will bring a new energy to TAS. Rabbi Becky will be available for questions, so please come with your questions in mind. In addition to Rabbi Becky, we will be holding our election for the 2020-2021 Board. So please come to the meeting. We need a quorum to hold the election!
We are also going to discuss our programming for the past year. What did you enjoy? What did you not enjoy? What would you like to see next year? Think about what programs you would participate in. This is your Sisterhood and we want it to reflect your interests and passions. We would also like to thank Judy Stehr, Karen Pelmont and their committee for a wonderful Sisterhood Shabbat on May 8. It was a truly lovely service, and their hard work was evident and appreciated, Also a special thanks to all of you who participated and shared your interests and your passions.
As the year winds down, we would also like to thank our amazing Board, We have had an interesting year, with amazing events planned that had to be cancelled at the last minute, money that had to be refunded, and no onegs to prepare. Each of our Board Members stepped up to the plate and helped get us through these unusual times. So we send our undying appreciation to Judy Stehr and Karen Pelmont, Bobbi Ross and Andy Mann, Joann Averill and Tammy Singer, Phyllis Bigelson and Alyce Schultz Rosza, Efrat Yakobi-Gafney and Karen Jaye, Jan Rapoport, Robyn Blachman, Diane Levine, Tove Aitchison and Jackie Zev.
